At ARL our mission is to assist persons with disabilities so that they
can develop the skills and abilities they need to realize their dreams of greater
independence and self-sufficiency.
Our services are extended to persons with Developmental Disabilities such as Autism,
Mental Illness issues, disabilities caused by an accident such as Traumatic Brain Injuries and aging issues
such as Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Many of the people served by ARL have a combination of these
and other issues, including special medial needs.
We provide both the best and most comprehensive training and coaching available in
Northern Nevada to both our staff and the persons we serve. This results in the highest
overall quality of life possible for our clients and for the persons in the community
as well.
